This machine does not heat the water which cost it a star in my review. You must use whatever hot water your tap provides.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no heater, you will need to use the hottest water available instead. You may use just water, if you just need to rinse an area. You will need a cleaning agent for dirt and grime.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does not heat the water. I sometimes add warm water to the reservoir - the machine does such a great job I really can't say that affected the cleaning. You do not have to add the cleaner to the water.
