There is a problem with the suction hose crackling and then it doesn't pick up. Unfortunately I could not find a replacement hose online. The manufacturer apparently no longer supplies them... their way apparently of getting you to buy a new machine. Other than that we really like ours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! If your FloorMate has lost suction we recommend checking the filter. Rinse the filter of hair/debris located in the dirty water tank. Also, be sure the squeegee is attached securely to the cleaner in front of the brushes. Inspect the squeegee for damages like cuts and slits and make sure it still comes in contact with the floors when the handle is reclined. Hope this helps! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care
