“Machine is not working I used water with a little pine sol. This was the second time I used the machine. Now, it will not put solution on the floor or pick up solution from the floor. Help”

• I think your only suppose to use the cleaning solution that it recommends, I haven't had any trouble with only using the solution.

• I have used pine sol as well without any issues
