“Can you buy a new charger? Charger does not seem to be working. Blue light does not come on when it is plugged in. The vacuum is less than a year old also. Is this covered by warranty or can we buy a new one?”

Per the owners manual, it has a limited 2 year warranty. Did not read the details, but you can buy the charger on Amazon for <$40 or so.

There is a warranty on the vacuum and hopefully you registered it. They may replace the charger (free and mailed to you). If you forget to register be nice to the rep and they may go back and register it. So think about when you bought it.

When the charger is plugged in, it should flash a blue light once and then shut off. When the battery is inserted, the blue light will illuminate a solid blue to indicate it's charging. If the blue light is blinking slowly, this means the battery is completely charged. If the blue light is flashing quickly or there's no light at all, we recommend reaching out to us.
