“Does this model have the feature to access to the brush rolls to clean tangled up hair, etc? If yes or no, any recommendations for a vacuum like this that promotes this feature? Much thanks in advance-”

• Yes, you can access the roller but it requires removing 7 screws on a bottom plate of the machine - no big deal.

• Yes you can access the brush roller but having to remove screws makes it inconvenient. It should have been designed with simple latches to remove the brush roller like my old bissell. Otherwise it is a very good vacuum. It does the job.

• Yes. My hair is tangled up around the red plastic thing, i take it out and clean it. The brushes i cut the hair out.
