How do I know when the battery is fully charged? null

When the battery charger goes from solid blue to pulsing blue the battery is fully charge.

The blue light blinks when battery is charging. Blue light stays steady when battery is charged.

The battery charger has a light on it that will be on when fully charged. Charge time is 3 hours for a full charge.
