Try cleaning the filter. It can be washed with mild soap and warm water.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Here are some quick troubleshooting tips for when LiNX does not pick up dirt. 1) The dirt cup may be full. Empty the dirt cup. 2) The filter may be dirty. Clean and/or wash filter. Make sure you allow the filter to fully dry before replacing it. There are more detailed instructions for this in your user manual (If you no longer have your manual, you can find a pdf of it here https://www.hoover.com/linx-signature-cordless-stick-vacuum/BH50020.html#q=BH50020&lang=en_US&start=1 under "Specifications"). 3) The baffle tube may be dirty. 3. Remove and clean. 4) The airpath may be clogged. Make sure the battery is removed and the product is off. Remove the nozzle by pressing the nozzle release button and pulling the nozzle in a downward motion. Remove any debris clogged in the nozzle airpath, then put the nozzle back on the product. 5) Lastly, there could be internal component damage.
