Hi Snoppydog! You can leave your battery in the charger for long periods of time, but we don't recommend to leave it on for longer than two weeks or more. The battery will hold a charge for a long time, as it is a Lithium-Ion battery. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can't answer the first part, but I can say that if I charge the battery and don't use the vacuum, it seems to hold the charge for at least a week or more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can leave the charger plugged in the whole time. I do that currently. That second question, you probably have to ask Hoover customer service. Also what's the point of not using it? Why buy the vacuum? Clean your house and just leave it in the charger once you are done.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure but I do have mine in the charger until I use it next
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not kept it plugged in because I use it too often however it keeps a charge for several weeks if I am just picking up random messes.
