“The hose gets clogged with pet hair and nothing fills the canister. The first time I used the vacuum it was perfect but everytime since has not been successful. I've cleaned the entire unit out and tried again, still clogged. What should I do?”

• What hose? This vacuum doesn't have a hose. I own one and love it,no issues with it.
