“How loud would u say this product is. I have a 4 year old son with special needs and vacuums and carpet cleaners scare him to death. I found a vacuum now just need a carpet cleaner. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions.”

The noise level isn't that bad relative to larger more powerful machines. It's loud but nothing like our larger version. Since this is a portable cordless machine you might get 20 or 30 minutes of use max. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this a 4 relative to other machines but a 7 relative to noise in general.

It is much like the volume level you would experience with a sink faucet turned on fully or a battery lowered handheld vacuum.
