“I took the brush part out and clicked it back in. I don’t remember if it was loose and kinda jiggled before I took it out to clean or not. It’s loose but the brushes still turn when it’s on. Is the brush part supposed to be loose and easy to snap on/off?”

Yes, it does have quiet a bit of play in it- it does feel a little loose but it’s necessary.
