• I think it can do tile floors OK, but may leave more water than liked. It would be good to dry mop after the cleaning, to avoid water stains. My direct experience is with a nasty dried bathroom stain that was at the doorway, half on the hallway carpet and half on the vinyl bathroom floor. It was a tough stain on the carpet, and took about a dozen passes through the doorway. It was successful, but the vinyl was quite wet at the end.
