• Hey Roger, Thank you for your question! No, Power Scrub is designed for carpets. I would recommend either the FloorMate Jet or the FloorMate Deluxe hard floor cleaner that will vacuum and wash your floors at the same time. • I think it can. This gets down deep and scrubs the floor. It should work fine.
