• this isnt a vacuum. Dont use it as such. Just a carpet cleaner

• PowerDash is designed as a carpet deep cleaner and is not meant for basic vacuuming. I would recommend checking out the Hoover WindTunnel 3 for an upright vacuum with great power and control. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
