“How do you clean the bristle roller after use”

• Hi, Thanks for your question regarding the PowerDash Pet Upright Deep Cleaner! To clean the brush roll, we ask you first to turn off and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Next, flip the cleaner on its side to expose the bottom of the cleaner. Then remove the belt covers, use a Philips screwdriver to remove the 6 screws. After that is completed, remove the belt cover from the unit. Then, pull the brushroll toward yourself and remove it from the unit. Finally, rinse the brushroll and allow it to dry. • You are supposed to unscrew it, there are about 6 screws. However, I have just been using my fingers to pull the fibers and hair out. The top cover pulls off to rinse with clean water
