Hey Lori, Thank you for reaching out. There are a couple things that could cause this. First, check your PowerDash's Dirty Water Tank filter for clogs and clean as needed. Then, check for a blockage in the nozzle. You can detach the nozzel for cleaning by grabbing the top of it and pulling up on it. Lastly, check to see if the tanks are secure. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe you are squirting out too much water. Try shampooing it twice in the area then running it several times in the same area without using water so it dries quickly.
