• That's a good question. I downloaded the app to my Android phone and never could get it to connect to the cleaner. From the reviews on the Google Play store, I was hardly alone with that problem

• The app connects to the vacuum via Bluetooth. It provides information about the vacuum - mode and battery level. It also allows you to change the mode. It also provides support information (references) for the vacuum. You can also register the vacuum using the app.

• The app will connect with the vacuum that you purchased via bluetooth and activate several additional features such as locating the vacuum (useful for robot vacuums) or for reminders of maintenance required. It will also show you an estimate of the battery left on your vacuum (useful for robot or cordless vacuums).

• You can set preferences of how you want it to function. Also gives maintenance noticed send tips and tricks

• Have not been able to get app to bluetooth to my iPhone... All warnings are visible on control handle...
