“I am using my Hoover Smartwash for the first time. It worked great at first, but now it stays on Dry and won't wash. I've checked for jams, pushed the DRY button, turned it on and off twice. It will not go to Wash. Any suggestions?”

• Could the waste container be too full? I think it uses a float- the float might be gummed your making the machine think it’s full.
