I put the solution in as directed and pressed firmly as directed. Went to go fill my water tank and the soap had leaked out all over the floor. What did I do wrong? Internal defect? Everything is connected correctly. null

We have had the same issue with 2 of them now. Both machines solution tanks are mixing with the clean water tank and one of them is leaking the whole bottle of solution down the back of the machine! Any ideas on this as well? The tanks are properly secured on the machine.
