• I have only used my vacuum twice, but what I have found was how easy this machine is to clean. There’s a a filter grid in the waste container, this is where I would start then clean nozzle. Hope this helps.

• Hello Trent, If you are experiencing low suction, we recommend turning off your SmartWash and emptying the Dirty Water Tank. Ensure the Nozzle Cover is attached properly and in the locked position, then check that the Dirty Water Tank is attached properly. Lastly, clear the Debris Filter and rinse it.
