“My hoover is not dispensing water. When I put the stair tool accessory,it dispense water on the accessory host though. I don’t know why it won’t do it on the main cleaner.”

• Make sure that your attachment tool is properly sealed. Mine did this while the tool was attached when I picked up my machine. Turn it off before moving it
