If the brushes won’t rotate during the floor cleaning the brush roll stall protection is activated so please turn the unit off and back on, then inspect and clean for jams. It could also be that the unit is in an upright position and the brushes will not rotate in an upright position so recline the handle and step on the handle release to start cleaning.
