• I had the same issue I contacted hoover and the sent me a replacement lid for for solution tank and that fixed the issue. Hope this helps

• Same thing Is happening to me! Did Hoover ever get back to you? I loved the SmartWash when I first used it. Now it’s unusable and I cannot find ANYTHING online!
