Suddsing , as you know is causes by too much shampoo. I use half the mix and after finishing the carpet, go over it one more time using only warm water. Rinsing again removes any excess detergent left in the carpet..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The suds are likely due to the warm water you are using with your machine, or due to the HeatForce feature which is drying the carpet. The white film is created by the warm water being pushed by air through the carpet and up to the surface while cleaning, making it foam. The suds will not damage your carpet and the white film will go away as your carpet dries. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
