“How do I clean the wide nozzle? There is lint and hair trapped inside of the nozzle and will not rinse out.”

• My husband used a small bamboo skewer to dislodge the remaining debris and then rinsed the nozzle again. I think a small screwdriver would also work since most of the buildup (for us, at least) was right at the lower edge of the nozzle.

• Thank you for your question. Please refer to page 15 of your user manual. The Nozzle cover can be removed for cleaning by the Nozzle release. From there you can remove the brushes and use a damp cloth, sponge or other cleaning tool to clean the base of your SmartWash. Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
