“What is the best solution/way to pretreat high traffic areas? Should the pretreat wand spray, or just a stream? Mine shoots out a stream. I tried it on a stain and it works, but I can see lines now.”

Hello Coopsmom, The pretreat feature on this SmartWash is supposed to be a stream and not a spray. For high traffic areas we would recommend our Hoover Oxy Carpet Cleaner and our Hoover Oxy Spot Chaser. Thanks! Matt - Hoover Team
