“Is the hose for the attachments permenitly attached to the vacuum or do you have to take the hose off and attach it to the vacuum?”

• The hose itself is attached and easy to access. The small upholstery head and crevice tool is attached. There is a space for the extension handle but it falls off a lot.

• Hi there! The hose isn't permanently attached, it can be removed. However, the hose should be attached for floor and above floor cleaning. To attach the tools, you simply release the hose by pressing the hose release button and attach the desired tool. Hope this answers your question! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care
