“Can't get the brush roller to spin whether the controlling lever is up. Bought new belts but still can;t get any tension/ Checked the shaft coming out of the sweeper that the belt is attached to and it spins when engaged. Just no tension to engage the bel”

• The rotors won't spin unless the section containing the the canister is in the down position. Use the foot lever to let the main portion of the vacuum down and then it will spin.
