“Whats your opinion after several months of use? What is your opinion of this vacuum after owning it for several months, is the container hard to empty, does the cord still rewind, cord get real hot, any other issues? thanks D”

So far, no problems. Very easy to empty plus no "trouble spots" (places where dirt likes to stick). Cord still goes in (I am surprised by this - this type of feature always seems to p**p out early). Cord gets warm but nothing outrageous - and that is with about an hour of use at a time.

It picks up so much dirt that I even vacuum 2 to 3 times a week in amazement of how much it picks up out of my carpet as my carpet is quite old. The container is not hard to empty and the cord still rewinds, yet I did find that when I pulled out more cording needed, the cord that was sitting in the machine came out very hot. I love the fact that it is easy to clean the different parts of the machine and I do do this after every time I vacuum. I don't find it at all hard to push around and I can compare that to my last vacuum which was a self propelled upright. My son commented on how the carpet is looking like it has been revitalized! Love the washable filter. I also like the fact that I can shut the brushes on and off especially when I am doing my hard floors with an attachment. What can I say, I love it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the container is fine to empty, not a problem . The cord does get a little warm but mainly it is in the way of the bristles. If the cord was higher or had a clip that held it up by the handle I think it would be more convient
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Cord still retracts although we don't particularly like the retracting cord feature. Container is easy to empty but smaller than my previous Hoover Windtunnel so it requires more frequent emptying.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Canister isn't hard to empty maintenance is easier then my previous vacuum. The cord return is kind of a bother. Mine stopped working right after the year. Luckily got the cheap warranty and it was replaced within 2 days.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this vaccum for over 6 months and LOVE it. It is easy to empty the canister. The filter is easy to clean and reinstall. The cord sometimes needs help rewinding but no biggy there. Cord does not get hot. There is a light but I replaced it with an LED light (looks and works much better). Attachements are useful and easy to use and put back. For my builder's carpet, it makes it feels softer when I empty the canister and clean the filter.
