“Are ALL the wheels on this model rubber coated to some degree? Is the brushroll gentle on all types of floors? I have polished concrete floors and it is a pain in the neck to find a vacuum that will not scratch them.”

Hi Laura! Yes, the wheel are coated with rubber so they are soft on hard floors. As for the brush, the unit is designed for a brush roll shut off feature so you only get the suction action on more delicate hard floors. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

My suggestion would be to contact the person who installed them and ask or any business that works with polished concrete floors. Would the dry Swiffer work on them?
