“My Hoto vacuum doesn’t turn on. While I am charging it- it’s lit white but once I unplug the charging cord, the light goes off and that is essentially it. I try to turn it but nothing happens. What causes it?”

I had these issues when I first got mine. You need to hold the button down for 2 seconds to activate it. When charging, the light will flash once and turn off for a while. Eventually mine started the 'breathe' LED light after I charged it long enough.
