yes but as with any battery it will drain the longer it is in hot or cold weather.

I left my HOTO in the car's trunk during freezing temperatures. It all but drained the battery. I charged it up and it was ready to go. I also don't recommend that it be left in the car during the summer months or at least check it's charge every other day. It should last a long time if you do this.
