absolutely yes- you can- we have had one for 6 months now and when I use the Hoto Cordless Power Scrubber an conjunctions with- And I stress "With"- a quart sized commercial grade sprayer bottled filled with water and then hears what I do- Add 1 tablespoon of a good Surfactant such as Dawn liquid dishwashing cleaner/soap- to create the fastest acting cleaning agent/cleaner to clean the thick layers of settled dried mud/dirt/dust/pollen/spider webs/everyting comes right off- quickly running this scrubber over your semi-wet panel with a quick rinse and your done- Boom!
