“There is not enough water, how do we get more water fill. It only fills 1/3 up, not enough to even wet all the clothes. no matter what amount load i have water never reaches above 1/3 i have to literally pour buckets of water from bath tub into it.”

Hello there - Thanks for reaching out! The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. It's not recommended to manually add more water to the washer.
