Hi there - We appreciate you reaching back out to us! We're happy to clarify. As the washer has a set temperature to reach, it is normal for the water to switch from hot to cold. However, if you feel you need it, or that your unit is not behaving as it should, you can take advantage of your warranty by calling 1-800-432-2737.
