Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We hate to hear you've had an issue with the washer not turning on, and know how frustrating that must be. We'd like to offer assistance. You may want to check the fuse or circuit breaker in your home to ensure power is being supplied to the washer, and make sure the plug for the unit is securely plugged in the wall outlet. The washer should have its own dedicated circuit. You may also want to try disconnecting the unit from power, waiting two minutes and then plugging it back in; this resets the electrical components and will often help resolve an issue. If the washer will not fill with water, you should check that the valves are fully open and nothing is obstructing the hoses. You should also make sure the lid is shut when you push Start - the safety feature will not allow spinning and agitation when the lid is up. You might want to double check that you pressed the Start option, and the washer hasn't been paused. Further instructions on getting started with the washer begin on page 5 of your manual.
