Hello. Thanks for letting us know what is going on with your washer. We're sorry that you are having this problem with the fill especially after just getting it. We understand the inconvenience, and would like to offer some helpful information. Your washer is equipped with Consumer Help Indicator (CHI). CHI is our way to communicate a simple remedy for some situations that you can perform without the need to call for service. As soon as the light starts to flash, the washer will initiate a 4 minute lock-out period. The washer controls won’t respond/change during this time. After the 4 minutes, you can begin your cycle again. If you try to bypass the lock-out period by unplugging the washer, the 4 minute timer will start over again. If the problem persists, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). We hope this helps.- Kianna@GEA
