“Just got this today. I plug the charger into an outlet. green light is seen on the chargerr. When plugged into the scooter there's no change. The scooter does not turn on. Did they forget to install a battery?!!?!”

Make sure you plug the power supply into the wall outlet first , the scooter won't start unless you push it off about 1 to 1/1/2 mph ,
