How high is the handle? Can a person over 6’5 ride this null

I'm 5'9" and while I'm standing on the scooter the bars are right above my belly button. Attached is a photo of my scooter with a tape measure. From the ground they rise to approx 46.5 inches. I hope this helps. I promise you an e scooter will be one of the best purchases you've made in recent times.

I think someone over 6'5" would have a hard time with this. The handle height is not adjustable.
