• Recharge it all the way. It should always go 12 mph or it goes 18mph in (2) sport mode, 6 mph means an almost dead battery,

• The scooter goes about 6 to 8 miles per hour in 1st gear there are 2 speeds 1 and 2

• Before riding the scooter for the first time, please make sure to charge the scooter for the recommend time mentioned in the manual. This will ensure the battery is giving out its peak power output to the motor for its max performance. You can also change the ride mode from Eco to Sport by pressing the power button when the scooter is turned on.
