It’s built like a Ninebot max with a much smaller battery range, worse brakes, and 6lbs lighter than a max. I own the m365 and this alpha and they are very different. The alpha is more powerful, taller handlebars, much smoother ride due to larger tires, more stable, wider deck more comfortable on feet, much better headlight and display. Also has a speaker if you want to play music while you cruise The m365 is more slender, has better range is about 10lbs lighter much easier to load in a truck/back seat, better brakes. Much worse ride quality and more prone to flats. If you weight more than 200lbs or are taller than 5”10 you will appreciate the alpha
