• It can take up to 6 or 7 hours if completely empty. When I purchased it, the battery was almost full, so that must've been a few months. It could go up to 25 miles per charge on a good day on flat areas.

• 7 hours from fully drained to fully charged. Battery depletion depends on many things including your weight, what performance-mode you are in (sport uses the most juice), the terrain you are riding on, etc. But a max of 28 miles as advertised is possible, depending on those variables.
