“How do you lock the top stem when folded so you can pick up the scooter without it moving around?”

• Once you unhook the latch at the bottom it will fold down then you have a hook that will side into the wheel then you can pick it up with no problem to unlock just push down the wheel bring back to upright position make sure level is in unlock position so it can go up right then lock it down and you are set.
