• To a degree. Display seems to be as had no issues after riding a couple times in light rain. Not sure if level but I wouldn't take it through heavy rain or puddles deeper than a inch. Will have to clean break disc afterwards though. Dirt will get into it so might cause some issues afterwards once dried

• Didn't take it through the water. But after a few uses the inner tube started leaking around the valve stem. Friend of mine bought one just like it and his is done the same thing. Do you know how hard it is to find tubes to fit the tires on these hard

• The worst scooter ever made, the tires will easily get a flat, buy another tube to get another flat, now I can’t enjoy like the first Hoover 1 with the lights and Bluetooth! And yes it’s waterproof!
