Our charger cord was defective. The manufacturer will not replace. They wanted Best Buy to deal with this problem. Disappointed by their lack of customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can't. Return it to the retailer and forget about Hover brand products. They have zero after sale service. I had issues with 2 of their products in the same Christmas season. Both items had to be returned for this very reason. I will personally never purchase another Hover brand anything.
