• You’re only supposed to use two at a time. The others are extra. I’m having the same trouble as you. This is a terrible product. I bought a cheaper version of this product from a different company years ago. I never had this problem with the Velcro straps. Garbage.

• Hello, attaching the buggy to the hoverboard should only require two straps. There are extra straps in the packaging as well.
