As far as I know the photo smart ink is the same as the regular and you get the bonus of the photo paper. It's a great deal

This 02-ink pack will work with the C6280 and has enough ink to print the photo paper that comes with it. If you want full size cartridges, you would need just the combo pack without photo paper.
