• Yes, Windows can be installed on this Chromebook. It will void your warranty and it involves a bit of jiggery-pokery disabling the write protection but t is possible.

• No, this chromebook can't run Windows 95 or any other Windows OS. I recommend you call around local businesses and offer $100 for an old but working computer.
