• Those options are not there. I guess it doesn't work because I had a couple months left on my account.

• Thank you for the question. If you did not complete the subscription during the initial device setup, you can activate Office 365 Personal by clicking to open the Microsoft 365 application (Word, Excel, etc.). Then click "activate".
