You would want to look into the system requirements for Windows 10 and make sure the unit meets the requirements. As this is a Chromebook, some of the hardware is based on the on Chromebook features which can be different and incompatible with Windows 10. They use different hardware protocols for things like stylus pen support. If you want more details, it is recommended talking to either HP Support or Geek Squad. If you decide to switch the OS, you should get an expert to do this as it can be quite difficult and possibly ruin the unit.
